Question - When my Child Care Agency enrolls children in my program, what information do they see?
Answer - Your Child Care Agency can enroll children directly into your program, but they can only see the attendance that you submit at the end of the month. Any changes made on CareConnect will not be sent back to your Child Care Agency. This means if you change any information for the child, their guardians, or name, or even delete their CareConnect profile, the agency will see no record of those changes.
