Is there a fee to pay online?

Answer:

Yes, there is a fee to pay online using CareConnect Family. This fee depends on the childcare Agency or School that you are connected with:

• If the childcare Agency or School you're connected with opted to pay the fees for you, there is no additional fee to pay online.
• If the childcare Agency or School you're connected with does not opt to pay the fees for you, there is a small fee to pay online. 

To check if there is a fee to pay online, you may head to your Profile → Select Payment Methods. 

You may pay online using 2 methods: using a credit/debit card or using your bank account. All your connected childcare agencies or schools will be listed on this page and the transaction fee information for each connection and payment method.
