My internet browser cannot open links, and I get a warning each time I download anything from CareConnect. How can I fix this?
Downloading documents on CareConnect is quick and easy, but your web browser's pop-up blocker might try to prevent this from taking place. Your web browser should remember your settings, so once you allow the Pop-Ups once, you should not have to again!
Please see below for the steps on how to allow pop-ups:
1. Within your CareConnect account --> Follow the steps below guides to download time sheets or an explanation of payments:
2. Depending on your web browser, the pop-up alert will be near the top. Below are 2 examples from different web browsers:
3. To allow the pop-up --> Click on the Alert --> Select always Allow
4. Then choose to Open or Save your documents. The next time when you download documents from CareConnect, you will no longer see any pop-up blocked that prevented the download.
