Access CareConnect Provider mobile app (iOS and Android) or CareConnect Provider Web.

English:

You can download and print Timesheets from the CareConnect Website. 

**For Mobile App directions tap here**

1. Log in to the CareConnect Website

2. Click Subsidies

3. Select the Month and click Search

4. Click the download icons to download a blank Timesheet. 

Now you can open the file and print it out!

5. You can download multiple timesheets by selecting the Timesheets and clicking Download. 

Now you can open the files and print them out!
