How can I get a copy of a receipt for my tax or reimbursement purposes?

Answer:

When it comes time to print out a large receipt for tax purposes, unfortunately, you will not be able to find this inside of your CareConnect Family. Any receipts printed from within your CareConnect Family will always be broken down by the exact invoice it was applied to.

Due to the importance of this document, it must be sent to you directly from your connected childcare Agency or School. Please contact them directly to receive a print-out or printable form for your usage!
