ChildFolio allows you to create a Rating Period, so that your moments will be easier sorted, and your reports can reflect the most accurate information!

To add a Rating Period from the web portal, begin by navigating to the menu located from the gear icon on the left-hand navigation:

Inside of the Settings menu, navigate to Classes from the new menu that is now available:

And then select the orange notepad to the right of the classroom you want to apply a Rating Period to:

This will take you inside the classroom settings. By scrolling down the page, you will find an area called "Rating Periods List" and an option to Create a new period:

Selecting Create will take you to a short wizard where you can fill out the name, and date range for your Rating Period:

Once you have those three fields filled in, press Submit to finalize your choices. You'll be returned to the classroom settings, and your Rating Period will now be active!
