CareConnect offers agencies and families the convenience of collecting online electronic payments via Autopay. Autopay families to not need to worry about submitting payments each month.
This article will address the process of how to set up auto pay in the CareConnect Mobile app. Before attempting to configure auto payments, confirm the childcare provider accepts this form of fee collection.

1. Log in and select the hamburger menu in the upper right hand corner on the home screen.
2. Select Payment Settings, and in the next menu, select Set Auto Pay:
3. Follow the prompts to link your bank or card information. When saved, the screen will display your childcare provider's auto deduction message to include date and time of the auto payment.
If your childcare provider does not accept auto payments, the message will include this information as seen below.
