Your enrollment request is matched with a provider dependent on the information you put on your application. In the Criteria portion of your application, you have the ability to add your preferred providers.

Dependent on your child(ren)'s age, family income, and needs your agency will do their best to send a referral to your first preferred provider. If unable to, they will send a referral to your other preferred providers or match you with a provider that fits your criteria.
