If you have forgotten your password you can reset it from the sign-in screen. Here's how to reset using the Mobile App, to learn how to use the Website click here.
First open the CareConnect Mobile App and Tap: I am a Parent.
Tap: Forgot Password.
Enter the login name for your account. It will be your email or cell phone number.
**Enter a Cell Number like this: 2135556743. Include the area code, with no spaces or punctuation**
Tap "Send" to get the Verification Code sent to your email or phone number.
Check your email or text messages for the verification code sent by the CareConnect Team.
Copy the verification from your email or text, and enter it in the Verification Code box.
Enter your new password and tap Confirm:
Now you can log in with your NEW password!
