You can view your application status after signing into your MyCareConnect Account. Next to your application the current status of your application will be viewable here.
An application can be in one of seven statuses:

Draft The application hasn't been submitted and there is still more information that you need to input. |

|
New Application was recently submitted. You are awaiting for a specialist to review your application. |
|
|
Active The application is eligible for a referral to a potential provider. Please fill out the necessary documents in the meantime. |
|
|
Update Alerts you that information must be updated to keep an application in the active state. |
|
|
Under Review Blocks you from altering information on the application. This is when an application currently has a referral with a potential provider. |
|
|
Enrolled The application is enrolled with the provider.
|
|
|
Closed The application is inactive because the criteria didn't fit the participating providers.
