After completing your application, your organization will send a referral out to a potential provider, based on the criteria that you have provided. To view your referral you can do so from the CareConnect website.
First, go to CareConnect's website and scroll down to the Referral section.
The Referral section is below your application
Referrals that are listed at the top that says In Progress.
In Progress: The Referral is in the process of being reviewed by the Provider.
After the Referral has been reviewed, it will go into the Completed section, to open this section click on the View Completed button.
Here you will be able to view Referrals that are in the Enrolled, Inactive, and Removed status.
Enrolled: Your application has been enrolled at the Child Care Provider and they will be in contact with you shortly.
Inactive: You have decided to not enroll in the program that you were referred to.
Removed: There was a duplicate application or this application was withdrawn by the agency.
