CareConnect Family

CareConnect Family allows you to connect with both your childcare agency and childcare provider. These are two different connections that allow you to view different things within the CareConnect Family Application.

Unfortunately, before you are able to view your children in your CareConnect account, your provider would first need to send an invitation to link your account.

Childcare Agency Connection

Your childcare agency connection will enable you to view the Document Module. This includes the following:

1. Documents Received

2. Documents to Complete

3. Documents Submitted

4. Forms Provided by your Agency

Childcare Provider Connection

Your childcare provider connection will enable you to view your child’s profile connection. This includes the following:

1. Attendance

2. Moments

3. Messages
