If you find students missing from the Student/Moments module along with their DRDP assessment reports, then it may be because a previous classroom the student was in has been archived. When a student starts a new classroom (like a new semester), please do not remove the old classroom information from the student's profile to avoid this scenario.
To fix this scenario, you will need access to CareConnect and locate the student to activate their schedule. Once activated in CareConnect, navigate back to ChildFolio and locate the student to add the classroom back onto the student. Once done, mark the schedule back to "Inactive" in CareConnect.
